How do they plan to "indirectly own more than 50% of the shares in both units " and still be in control? Are they going to have different management and everything? Is it going to be like BAM?
It just means jd will own 50% of the shares outstanding and not much has been said regarding the management side. If you click on the hyperlink in that section it should bring up an article
